Part 2 - Hope for Trauma Related Struggles

This client came in with significant levels of dysregulation and behavior struggles. During their sessions data was collected on behavior throughout the week and then graphed. During the beginning gray area the client was receiving 2-3 sessions of Dynamical Neurofeedback per week (note: prior to this the client had been receiving 2-3 sessions per week for a month and some major improvements had been observed but data had not been collected). After the gray weeks the client was receiving daily neurofeedback sessions. The rating scale for the data collected was 1 if the client had a day where they were regulated the whole day up to a 5 if there were severe behaviors that day; then those scores were combined to create a weekly score. As you can see expecially after daily sessions began the weeks have gone up and down some but the overall trend line is going down. The client is able to stay more regulated throughout the day and when dysregulated the duration is much shorter than prior to starting neurofeedback.
